Don’t worry! First, check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder emails with links sometimes end up there. If the email hasn’t arrived within 10-15 minutes, please contact our support team. Be sure to provide the email address you used or your order number. We will verify the payment and promptly resend the manual.

We try to offer manuals in various languages, but we don’t always have every version. The language of the manual is usually indicated in its description. Unfortunately, if a manual is only available in a specific language, we cannot provide a translation. You can use online translators to work with the PDF file.

6. Is it safe to enter my card details for payment?

Yes, absolutely. We use modern and secure payment systems (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). Your card details are processed directly by the payment system via an encrypted channel, and we (Takemanual.com) do not store or even see your full payment information.

7. Can I get a refund if the manual isn’t what I needed?

Since we offer digital goods (manuals) that you receive immediately after payment, refunds are generally not provided.
